Short story: Unprofessional... I called asking for an estimate to replace the gutters on my house. Lady on the phone was nice and said someone would be out in a couple days and they would call me before coming out. Fast forward to over a week later.. My wife was startled by the sound of someone in our back yard. It was someone from superior gutter who was measuring our house unannounced.
