Really happy with the team. Great communication, final product looks awesome.
All of the superior granny flats staff were very approachable and helpful with any concerns and questions we had regarding the progress of the building . We had a few problems with plumber and electrian but after speaking with Tiffany all issues were rectified to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the end result and would highly recommend the company.
We had a 80 sq metres g. flat built in 2020. From the start everything went wrong. Firstly, they built it in the wrong place. What could be worse? The fact that we then had to apply to the council for a variation to the 6 metre setback from the boundary. In order to compensate for the incorrect placement of the house they would buy awnings for the northern windows. The dwelling is great. The only problem I had was with the mess left if a once beautiful lawn when the sewerage and electrical trenches were dug. They were not smoothed over at all and it ended up me having to get someone in to level the ground and had to buy in soil. Cost me a lot of money. They were contractors but should have been made to leave the lawn a large area in better condition.
