I had windows installed in my entire house. However they measured 6 of them incorrectly, and instead of making 6 new windows, they tried to cut their loses,I believe, by rigging the windows by caulking the miter joints. Now I have 6 windows with very noticeable caulk--some places as wide as a quarter of an inch. I want 6 new windows. However, they want to come in and color the caulk. The caulk is already starting to shrink. I would be careful in doing business with this company.
