Nick came out and repaired my oversized sliding door. He was efficient and cleaned up after the job was finished. Ryan assured me the doors would open and close freely…and he was right! Thank you for a job well done.

He came and took down a mirror which I could’ve done myself then charge me $150 for him just to never show back up or reply to my text or calls

I called to have a cracked window glass replaced for $200. Ryan came right out within a few hours and attempted to fix the window. The glass installed was too big and caused the outside part of the glass to crack. My Pella window was scratched and broken in several places, but the photos can tell you more. The mess from the attempted repair was left in my garage along with broken glass all in the street at the front of my driveway. Had Ryan(owner) replace a sliding glass door and he completely ruined the frame with his rubber mallet. I have at least 10 serious dents in the frame. He doesn't know enough to use a 2x4 to hammer back on the frame...really? I texted him pictures and he said, yes those are bad dents. Send me a label and I'll see if I can get that frame replaced..sounded fair enough, even though I am not happy.
