Kevin was on time, polite, friendly and very knowledgable. He thoroughly explained the issue as not having functional or material consequences. He offered to eliminate the scraping noise but said not doing so would not compromise the current or future functioning of the door. They don’t have a trip fee and considering we just had them do $1200 in repairs a month ago, I wasn’t expecting them. Nick G was amazing. He called to say he was at my house and looking at the broken cable. I was able to leave work and he waited until I arrived to show he what was broken and other areas that could cause problems. We discussed prices and options and I let him know what I would like done. 15 minutes later, the job was done, the area swept, and the garage door was like new. Jake was great. Did a fine job, and good personality. I'd like to know price of parts. I paid $912.00 of which $250 was the flat labor. So does that means the few parts provided cost over $650?
