Excellent support helping us determine the right solution. Fantastic service on the install. Truely competitive price. We did shop around, but the other options (including Costco) did not focus on the best options for MN weather. We could not be happier with the functional and aesthetic result.
I called am today and they arrived within 4 hours to correct my issues. They are friendly from the person who scheduled and the person who arrived. Very happy with their service, response and quality of work. The second time I had them out for different reasons and always get rewarded by the experience.
SGD provided excellent service! Availability was timely. Our service technician, Bill, arrived within 2 hours of booking an appointment window, and 20 min early. Communication re: the appointment confirmation, service technician info and ETA, was thorough and prompt. Bill gave a clear explanation of the work needed to repair the snapped cable, routine maintenance, and overall cost; and completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time.
SGD came out same day to repair my garage door. Couldn't be happier with the service from Jon. He arrived when he said he would, got right to work, left the garage door not only fixed (specific issue) but better than it was (smoother, quieter). Would definitely call them again, if needed.
