SGD provided excellent service! Availability was timely. Our service technician, Bill, arrived within 2 hours of booking an appointment window, and 20 min early. Communication re: the appointment confirmation, service technician info and ETA, was thorough and prompt. Bill gave a clear explanation of the work needed to repair the snapped cable, routine maintenance, and overall cost; and completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time.
SGD came out same day to repair my garage door. Couldn't be happier with the service from Jon. He arrived when he said he would, got right to work, left the garage door not only fixed (specific issue) but better than it was (smoother, quieter). Would definitely call them again, if needed.
My full experience with SGD was outstanding! The initial Office team member I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. The Technician, Nick, was extremely thorough in his explanations about the issue and about the fixes he was implementing. He gave me great guidance about all of the components of our garage door system and was excellent to work with overall. I highly recommend choosing SGD for any garage door assistance you need.
Great service! They did a Wayne Dalton torquemaster conversion to standard torsion springs for me. Pricing competitive with other larger companies that use top of the line springs. Not going to beat smaller mom and pop garage door companies prices but superior can do the work right away with the best parts and better warranty.
Kevin was great to work with. He was thorough in inspecting everything and explained what was causing the issue. Repaired everything and had the garage door running again like it should. I’ve used this service more than once. Been extremely pleased every time. Responsive, reliable and always out to do the repair quickly. Highly recommend the company.
