Great service! They did a Wayne Dalton torquemaster conversion to standard torsion springs for me. Pricing competitive with other larger companies that use top of the line springs. Not going to beat smaller mom and pop garage door companies prices but superior can do the work right away with the best parts and better warranty.
Kevin was great to work with. He was thorough in inspecting everything and explained what was causing the issue. Repaired everything and had the garage door running again like it should. I’ve used this service more than once. Been extremely pleased every time. Responsive, reliable and always out to do the repair quickly. Highly recommend the company.
JR did an excellent job repair on my garage door. The prices he quoted were all reasonable and I never felt once that I was being overcharged. He completed the work in an efficient manner and was very professional and explained everything that was being done.
Superior Garage Door did an excellent job after my garage door spring failed. I was texted that Kevin was on his way and he confirmed when he arrived. We discussed the base price, and that he would check a couple items that may need attention. I quickly felt comfortable working with him and that he knew what he was doing. He did a great job, adjusted and lubricated components, and I’m back in business with a smile.
Would not give an estimate for replacing a spring over the phone. Technician came, late, wanted to change cables, rollers, etc. I finally asked price to replace just the ONE spring. $600! Uh, no thanks. Went with someone else for half the price.
