Frustration throughout. Initially I had a service tech come out for a repair, with the thought I'd probably replace the door. I ended up ordering a new door. Customer service was helpful and set up an appointment within 24 hours to repair a rusted, snapped cable and replace rusted-through tracks and hardware on my 20+ year old garage door. My garage door was having major issues after a wind storm (see photo). They were able to fix it for me same day. Loved that they keep all parts on their truck to keep repairs fast. Very happy with Chris’ work!

Kaylin and Max, I had an excellent experience with Superior Garage Door. From the beginning, the team was honest, respectful, and easy to work with. Their attention to detail and dedication really stood out.... read more

Matt was great! Very professional and informative. He did such a great job! He had to replace one of our garage doors and put in a new garage door opener. Everything was neat and clean when he left and the work looked great. I am so very happy with what he did.
