Frustration throughout. Initially I had a service tech come out for a repair, with the thought I'd probably replace the door. I ended up ordering a new door. With a three week delivery time, which came and went. Fast forward 2 more weeks and the door arrived. So about 5 weeks from order to install(kind of). The install time window given was 8-12. Customer service was helpful and set up an appointment within 24 hours to repair a rusted, snapped cable and replace rusted-through tracks and hardware on my 20+ year old garage door. I said I wanted to just do what was needed to get it working and safe again and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful with information. My garage door was having major issues after a wind storm (see photo). They were able to fix it for me same day. Loved that they keep all parts on their truck to keep repairs fast. Very happy with Chris’ work!

I called Superior Garage Door for a lube & tune maintenance service and they promptly scheduled a service appointment for the very next day. My service tech (Kevin C.) arrived on time and upon inspecting the garage doors, discovered that the springs previously installed by another tech last year were actually the wrong ones. This was causing the door to slam shut forcefully. Not only did he replace the springs with the correct ones free of charge but he waived the payment for the lube & tune service as well.
