Called and got same day quoting and service repairs from the specialist at a great price. Mike W. Was great to work with. He swapped both springs and caught/replaced a frayed right side cabling before it could get any worser. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Jake K. was great! He talked us through options, did not push for an up-sale, and was upfront about cost. He arrived within the time frame mentioned and fixed our garage in a timely and professional manner. He was out on a weekend to assess the situation and returned within a couple days of us deciding to go with Superior Garage Door Repair. Highly recommend!
Excellent company and service tech! They can be there within hours and are very affordable! Had an issue that they were able to fix in about 10 minutes. A week goes by and it ends up breaking again, but this time it was totally my fault. Had Arthur out and he was again able to fix it in 10 minutes. Though it would be the same price as the first time but nope, he ended up just marking it as a free service call. Got their number saved in my phone for the future!
Jake was super prompt and got the job done much quicker than I expected. He was very thorough in checking the condition of the whole garage door, opener, etc. Compliments to the phone support as well. Very polite. There was a need to change the schedule which was handled quickly and accurately. All of these people know how to deal with customer expectations and exceed them!
Jake was very efficient and got my garage door working better than ever! He also used his expertise to let me know what parts to watch for future issues. The online service reservation was also incredibly convenient.
