My garage door was having major issues after a wind storm (see photo). They were able to fix it for me same day. Loved that they keep all parts on their truck to keep repairs fast. Very happy with Chris’ work!
Kaylen was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Fixed everything and explained some basic maintenance I could do moving forward. The company itself was quick as well. Scheduled an appointment online for the next day and they came without issue. Kaylen called to tell me he was running a bit behind so I was never in the dark about whether they were coming or not. Pricing was a bit on the high side but reasonable for Sunday service within 12 hours of scheduling. Would definitely recommend.
Service was great as the technician was very professional and good at this job. He told me the price would be around $750 to fix our garage door that unspooled the cable and fell off the rail on one side. I agreed to this as I thought the job was more significant. Turns out, it took him 20 min with my help. He added two parts which were the wheels that go into the track (estimated value $10 each). I called Superior Garage Door for a lube & tune maintenance service and they promptly scheduled a service appointment for the very next day. My service tech (Kevin C.) arrived on time and upon inspecting the garage doors, discovered that the springs previously installed by another tech last year were actually the wrong ones. This was causing the door to slam shut forcefully. Not only did he replace the springs with the correct ones free of charge but he waived the payment for the lube & tune service as well.
