We had a fabulous experience with Superior Door Company. Our technician, Matt, was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and he had a wonderful personality. He really knows his stuff. People I talk to in the office were very polite and friendly also. I would highly recommend this company for anyone that’s needing garage door help.

Called and got same day quoting and service repairs from the specialist at a great price. Mike W. Was great to work with. He swapped both springs and caught/replaced a frayed right side cabling before it could get any worser. Very professional and knowledgeable.
This company appears to have good reviews. I wish I could say the same. I built a pole barn and needed 2 large doors; a gate and my neighbor also wanted a gate quote. I called the office the first time to set up an appointment. They told me to call back when the concrete in the pole barn was poured. The tech showed up, took a look and gave a straight honest opinion and quote which I appreciate a lot. He was very informational about the issues with the garage door and the old equipment and poor installation. The price was more than fair and he did a fantastic job. The garage is running better than when I originally bought the house, I could not be happier with the service provided.
