I had my garage door replaced by Superior Garage Door, and while the job was completed in the end, the experience was a bit rocky. I was told the install would happen within 3–7 days, but due to issues with their supplier, it ended up taking 2.5 weeks. Needed info on price so clicked the chat button. If you enjoy talking to a canned response, go for it. So glad I didn't follow up with a phone call. Ended up calling a different company. Got the job done within 24 hours.

I was told I had to have someone come out for a free estimate. The tech told me to change just the springs it would be $650. They said I needed new wheels for the garage and with that package it would be $1100. I had someone else come and replace the springs and it cost me $350 including labor. They told me that the wheels on the door were fine and it didn’t need any extra service. The company was prompt. The technician was fully prepared to make the repairs and installation that day. The technician was quick, did a very clean installation and was very honest with his opinion of my two garage doors and related equipment. I have some knowledge of garage equipment and have installed one myself in the past. I was confident in his assessment and scheduled the additional repair and second opener installation. Laken was my service tech and he went above and beyond he did an excellent job to make sure my door was working properly everything was explained correctly and that I was satisfied! Definately would recommend this company again.
