The company was prompt. The technician was fully prepared to make the repairs and installation that day. The technician was quick, did a very clean installation and was very honest with his opinion of my two garage doors and related equipment. I have some knowledge of garage equipment and have installed one myself in the past. I was confident in his assessment and scheduled the additional repair and second opener installation. I was told I had to have someone come out for a free estimate. The tech told me to change just the springs it would be $650. They said I needed new wheels for the garage and with that package it would be $1100. I had someone else come and replace the springs and it cost me $350 including labor. They told me that the wheels on the door were fine and it didn’t need any extra service. Tech came out to install the door. Left the outside key pad in my garage and not hooked up, did not secure the switch inside of the garage, left the wiring loose on the switch that would not work, did not secure the wiring, and left a huge pile of trash in my garage. When I tried to get them to come back out it took an additional two weeks to fix. No one contacted me about any of these problems after the install. Set up appointment 3 weeks ago and receptionist confirmed they service my area. Called two days before scheduled appointment and Superior confirmed I was in the schedule for today. Today I called and Superior said I was not in their service area. I drove 2-hours to get to the home. How unprofessional! They said they called yesterday. iPhones don’t lie - there was no call. I would not recommend Superior Garage Door.

Nick was Awesome!! He was able to come out earlier then scheduled which was great cause it was a holiday weekend. He was very quick at getting the job done. The garage door sounds like new! Thanks Nick and Superior garage door for the Great service!
