I have been to this car wash many times and always have a problem. They never clean the inside of my car right, don't shine all of my tires, but today took the cake.... they stole moat of my change out of my change cup and left only the pennies. They take no responsibility and the manager does not care!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I hane been to this car wash on 3 different occasions and every time I have to complain about the job car still having dirt spots and the seats, and under the rugs not being vacuumed. I asked to speak with the manager(Frank Padilla)on my last visit (2/4/15), he said he would take care of it. So then they take it and tried again. This time my car came back with the same trash in the cup holder and none of the dust was air blown as it states on the package I purchased. i did a review on google and i felt i need to do it here as well just incase as of 8-16-2014 this place still sucks. just a brief recap, paid for the premium package the inside was not cleaned had to ask them to wax the top of my truck as well, my antenna was bent and leaves and dirt still in the truck bed. Im pretty sure i paid to have wax put over dirt. If i wasn't in an apartment i would have washed it myself, next time i will give a friend 20$ to let me wash it at their house. They did not take off our trucks antenna and it broke off...they will not replace it because they could not get it off and its older than 5 years old???? SERIOUSLY??????

HORRIBLE!!!!!! This place should be shut down! I took my truck In for an oil change, car wash and walked out spending $329 and a nice new scratch on the side of my truck! When I asked what happened the manager told me it was not his problem. To top it all off I just walked out side to finish cleaning my truck, I found a larg puddle of oil under my truck. They forgot to tighten the drain plug!!! Please save yourself the headache and stay away from this place.

I agree whole-heartedly with the previous review! I was there this past Saturday, January 4, 2014 and specified the exact oil to be used in my car. After telling three different people there which oil to put in my car, this place still put the wrong oil in my mustang and refuses to change it out unless I pay an additional $70.00 for another oil change! BE AWARE!!!!!! BE AWARE!!!!! I went to this place TODAY July 21, 2013 with my 2012 Camaro and I walk my car DAILY and in a Camaro Car Club, and I now have a BIG DENT in my door because of this place! They refused to fix it and claimed it was not them! Well I went STRAIGHT from HOME to here and this place is JUST WRONG and Management SUCKS!!!! STAY AWAY or you will be paying for MORE then just a car wash, you will be Paying for CAR/TRUCK Repairs... They sure wont pay for it!!!! BE AWARE!!!!!!
