I would highly suggest this company if you are looking for a company based on integrity. Derrick not only performed my home inspection but didn’t push for any unnecessary repairs that were not needed. After everything showed within range he even walked me and my fiancé through proper care for our foundation. While other companies were quoting between 15 to 30 thousand, superior only encouraged us to watch for any problems and call them back out in the future if foundation issues became more apparent.
Superior Foundation Repair is absolutely amazing! I am one VERY happy customer. Derrick explained everything and gave us a very fair quote. He was professional and knowledgeable and made us feel like we were in good hands. The people that came to do the job were fantastic workers, very friendly and knew exactly what to do . Wow, I think the reviews here are all fake. I have done my foundation with this company still trying to get them to honor their warranty promise. They give it to the homeowner, but nothing has been done by this company and nothing has been done for over weeks now. They need better policies and procedures.
They came out to inspect my previously-repaired house which was under warranty. They didn't suggest any unnecessary work, and gave me several helpful tips on how to maintain the foundation.
