Wow, I think the reviews here are all fake. I have done my foundation with this company still trying to get them to honor their warranty promise. They give it to the homeowner, but nothing has been done by this company and nothing has been done for over weeks now. They need better policies and procedures.
They came out to inspect my previously-repaired house which was under warranty. They didn't suggest any unnecessary work, and gave me several helpful tips on how to maintain the foundation.
A guy named Derrick came out for superior looked at our slab suggested some stuff about adding rebar to portions of the slab to reinforce it. He said he would have to talk to his boss to verify if the job was something they would do which is understandable. I called multiple times, text him multiple times with no response. The guy just ghosted me. What a waste of time and very unprofessional.
Had foundation repaired last Thursday, everything was completed in one day. Forgot the gentleman name who initially came over to provide us an estimate but he was very professional and answered all our questions. Highly, highly, recommended!!
No one will return my calls!!! Have tried multiple times over the last 2 years. Repairs were done in 2016 and we are seeing problems, but no one answers the phone there and leaving a message is pointless Thank you for reaching out!!!
