Had foundation repaired last Thursday, everything was completed in one day. Forgot the gentleman name who initially came over to provide us an estimate but he was very professional and answered all our questions. Highly, highly, recommended!!
No one will return my calls!!! Have tried multiple times over the last 2 years. Repairs were done in 2016 and we are seeing problems, but no one answers the phone there and leaving a message is pointless Thank you for reaching out!!!
My Foundation has been repaired today! My experience with this company is awesome so far. Starting when I called after hours and did not leave a voice message rather i called Derrick cell phone he answered and gave me an appointment. The staff from the office called me the next day asking how can they help as they saw a miss call from me! That is an amazing customer service to start with. We just bought our first home and the inspection showed that one side of the living room was sinking due to a foundation issue. Scott and his crew at Superior Foundation Repair came out to assess the job and were able to perform the work just days after. They installed some piers to stabilize the foundation and prevent further issues. The experience with them was efficient and professional.
I wish I could give Scott a 10 star review!!!!!!! I discovered in one of the bedrooms a hole and the carpet was separated from the wall, I could put my figures there i thought it was a foundation problem.
