I went in expecting to just get a part or schedule a maintenance visit to fix my lift, but instead Gary said "Here, let me teach you something" and showed me exactly how to fix the issue. Turns out it was a common thing and an easy fix - so now I know. Great people and well-stocked with parts to get things fixed. Thanks!
I have rented forklifts all over the country, some good and some, not-so-good. I rented a 15k lb lift from these guys last week and they are my new favorites. It was convenient and the lift was practically new. The price was fair, maybe even low. I greatly appreciate how this all went down and I will recommend them to everyone.
