I was out of town and AC went out in my brand new Super Duty. Service Writer John was willing to get my diag done before one of his techs started the rest of his work, even though they were up to their eyeball in work. I think the techs name was Evan and he was awesome. Thank you guys for prioritizing this emergency. That’s what I hope to see in doing business with Ford.
BUYER BEWARE... Scam/Fraud alert - Had the truck scheduled ahead of time for diagnostics. They had it for three days and never touched it. Got it back and returned it the next week. Day six we get a call that $9,500 worth of work needed to be done- including stuff that was literally just replaced or done. Trying to get the shuttle so I can pick it up was ridiculous. Cannot recommend dishonesty.
