I’m beyond frustrated with my experience at this dealership. I brought my Ford Expedition in for a simple oil change—something routine that should be done right every single time. Instead, they somehow managed to forget to put the oil cap back on after servicing my vehicle. I didn’t realize it at first, but soon noticed a burning smell and oil splatter under the hood. Horrible service they will overcharge u don’t trust them.. and they don’t treat they workers right they try and get over on everyone

Avoid this service department. Brought my wife's expedition in to check the engine light. They "ran diagnostics" and did a pressure test on the coolant system and charged me $338 without doing a single repair for the vehicle. I called because the lady there told me it would be $270 of which I had already felt was unreasonable. When she said it was time to pick it up she said the charge was $340. I questioned this and she said she would only charge me the original agreed upon $270. My wife picked it up and they charged my car... read more
