very disappointed in both service and customer service. Installers wouldn’t admit to accidentally scratching my door, did a bad job installing the carpert, cant even vacuum it as a result. The owner/manager told me that they don’t have time for this matter when I notified them about the poor job performed.
Excellent service and beautiful products. John, the owner, and his son, Scott, exceed expectations in helping me select the wood flooring to fit my needs and my budget. I received the best service and beautiful floors--both hardwood and carpet. If you are thinking of floors, Superior has the largest selection and the best service!
