Hands down the worst insurance company to work. You call everyday to try to speak with an agent because the people who answer are only receptionist and can take your contact information and pass it along. They say you'll get a callback but you never do. I have called over 50 times the last 4 months to speak to Roberta and Angie and somehow, I manage to call when they are in a meeting, every single time. Sent check, check got returned, guess who got to pay 20 dollar returned check fees. More more companies seem to like to send you rebate checks. Bad bad practice for consumers.
Pay a ridiculous amount for flood insurance and when your house floods it does not even matter. Good luck pay for the damages yourself. Better off not even paying for this. My advice is stay away from this company
I haven't receiced any call from SUPRIOR FLODD SINCE I REPORTED THE FLOOD IN MY HOUSE. I CALLED TO ROBERT MURPHY N HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
