Only gym for 30 mile radius. Not clean. Most machines don't work. Showers don't work. Unresponsive staff. Repeatedly asked to cancel my membership since March and just discovered I'm still getting charged and I can't remove my own payment info from their system. Pretty sure trapping people into continued payments is how they are still in business. It used to be a lot nicer than this and hopefully they improve.
Been trying to get ahold of the owner so that I can get a membership here and I can't seem to get ahold of anybody
Scheduled 3 appointments to get a membership, owners never showed up all 3 times. Always some excuse, while I waited outside for 20 minutes each time. No idea how they stay in business.
