I've never had such a high interest rate on a loan. Payback for 2500 was 5601! Lesson learned and will never go back.

This company is shady at the ***** *********office in *********, North Carolina. They have two thugs Mitchell and Todd and an incompetent manager working there. Mitchell and Todd are very rude and actually likes to harass you. Because of their lies, the company is taking me to small claims court. Stay away from this company,, it is bad news. This company preys on people by sending checks in the mail. I actually cashed the check back in 2016 and paid it off in 2018. This place is no good! They have people who lie to you. The interest rates are absurd. They will take your money, demand more, harass you every day at work over 2 dollars eventhough you have paid extra for 12 months. They harass you to refinance and they are crooks.

I spoke to a female on the phone from the **** ** ******* **********office at 4:50 pm to make a payment. I do not recall her name but I believe that it started with a T. She asked me a question but I did not hear it because I nearly dropped my phone. When I asked her what she said her demeanor became "street" very quickly and she acted like she did not want to deal with me. I made a HORRIBLE mistake and decided take out a loan for $1,500 in December 2015. Every month, I'd make the payments on time, paying $112.00 every month. My 2nd to last payment with Regional Finance, I purchased and sent in a money order for $112.00, as I ran out of personal checks. On June 1, 2017, I received countless collection calls, even though I told them I had mailed the money order on June 1st. This company is very "shady." They NEVER fully explain all the details of a loan. For example, if you get the insurance on a loan, you have 30 days to cancel it. First, they do not even tell you that. Secondly, they also fail to inform you that if you do cancel, your payments will not change. Some kind of rebate happens. They basically do not care about you once they get you as an account. They act friendly, but when something happens they basically don't care. You owe them and they expect to be paid no matter what.
