I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience I feel obligated to share it so other boat owners can make an informed decision. 0 stars if I could. We were quoted a 3-week turnaround, but our boat was kept for 10 weeks. We dropped it off April 15th and did not get it back until late June. During that time, it was left uncovered, and when we finally got it back, our seats had been sun damaged while it was in their possession. Wonderful service, high quality work, and super fast turn around! Robin and Dan took exceptional care of us and our boat! Had an incident at the lake the weekend after we bought it (Used 2008 Caravelle) and sustained some damage in the fiberglass on the part painted black. Damage involved gouges to the fiberglass with multiple scratches in the part painted black. Took this to Superior on a Tuesday and had it back by Thursday afternoon!
