Had wooden shadowbox fencing replaced by Warren and his crew. They were very efficient and courteous. Very pleased with their work and cleanup afterwards. Showed up on time, answered all questions and concerns - great communication with Superior Fencing through the whole process from the estimate with Luke to project completion!

This company uses an AI agent for phone support, which in and of itself is not a big deal. However, not announcing that it is in fact an AI agent is a major deal, which their agent does not do. They lost my potential business over this and I'm posting this here so others know they incorporate this less than ideal tactic.
From start to finish, Chase & his team members handled the job without delay. I was most impressed by their professionalism, timeliness and a top notch job installing my fence. They were easy to work with and provided precise communication throughout the entire process.
