I am very disappointed with my experience. My fence has not been installed within the estimated timeframe, and the lack of communication has been unacceptable. I had to call the company myself to find out what was going on because no one from the office ever contacted me to let me know there was a delay. The woman I spoke with didn’t have any answers and said she would have to speak with her manager for more information. Emily was kind and efficient in scheduling my appointment. And the install team Ever, Carlos, and Alex were incredibly hard working, efficient, kind, and professional. I am very happy with my overall experience and have already recommended to neighbors.
I want to tell everyone that Superior Fence did an amazing job for us!! The 4 gentlemen that came to do the install were professional, courteous and master craftsmen. It was a very hot sunny day and they pushed through to finish. I offered a canopy for their use and some cold waters as it was brutally hot. I had a great experience with Superior Fence & Rail from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, communication was clear, and everyone was easy to work with. Victor and the install crew were great — professional, efficient, and did quality work. I’m very pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fence company they can trust.
