The warranty crew at this company is fantastic.
The warranty crew took care of an issue with my fence today. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes. While they were here, they looked at the opposite gate and noticed it was damaged when I had a patio installed last week. They fixed it for me with no charge! Thank you!!
This review is for the warranty/repair team of Lee and Nick. They arrived promptly and immediately got to work on a warranty claim. They were kind and helpful. They worked well together, and afterward I found out they are father/son. They are efficient and were able to get the issue corrected. Thank you once again guys!
