Matt and Kota were extremely pleasant to work with. Communication was a strong point with them and I was informed the whole process through. My fence needed to be moved and redone and Matt worked with me to make sure that what the changes would be fit into my budget and my needs. I would 100% recommend working with them again!
Edit 7/27/26 After l my review the Superior Fence Team contacted me and sent a new crew out to inspect my fence. They immediately noticed from the road that things are off. Turns out they had to take pretty much my old fence completely apart and reassemble it. Even though it took a little to get all of it done (including the after visits to install a missing post cap for example) nearly all my concerns were taking care of. Chalen & Juan installed my Fencing today, a beautiful job and great guys, the material looks wonderful and upon completion the site was cleaned up
I scheduled an estimate and the guy didn’t show up. When I called to ask if he was running late they told me that “he didn’t see it on his calendar” so he wouldn’t be coming out that night. I rescheduled it for three days later and guess what happened? He didn’t show up then either. Needless to say I won’t be able to purchase a fence from them because they won’t come out to do the estimate! Extremely poor business practice.
