Chalen & Juan installed my Fencing today, a beautiful job and great guys, the material looks wonderful and upon completion the site was cleaned up

I scheduled an estimate and the guy didn’t show up. When I called to ask if he was running late they told me that “he didn’t see it on his calendar” so he wouldn’t be coming out that night. I rescheduled it for three days later and guess what happened? He didn’t show up then either. Needless to say I won’t be able to purchase a fence from them because they won’t come out to do the estimate! Extremely poor business practice.

We had our fence installed by Superior Fence in October, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The fence was installed in pouring rain and left a mess. I reached out right away about the condition and a missing post cap but received no response. They did eventually come out to “address” our concerns, but only replaced the post cap and a couple screws leaving the larger issues unresolved. Never again :( Improving your property is an investment, but the team that was sent was far from professional. It seemed more so like they got an 8 hr training and went at it. We upgraded our fence to the Melrose and I’m sure it would look great but the job was poorly done. A slight wind and the spickets blow out. The caps always fly away. The panels slide down, were cut cricket and installed damaged (trying to hide the damage). Different heights in the fence and even different distances. If you are looking for a company with professionalism, keep looking. These folks wasted so much of my time. They scheduled an install date, postponed twice successfully & tried to postpone a third time. Being weeks past the install date was a clear breach of contract, but we had already paid 8,000 to this company in deposit. So install day 1 comes and was uneventful, and they say that a second crew would arrive the next day to finish. Nobody ever showed up.
