It was a pleasure working with Josh. Always on time, always great with follow-up calls. He explained everything, patiently and in detail. Always came across as knowledgeable and professional. It’s a pleasure to work with someone that enjoys what they do and Josh enjoys what he does. It is of no fault of his that the fence is out of my prices range. I had used Superior Fence and Rail for a backyard fence and two gates. After months of reaching out to the warranty department with no contact. The warranty department is now under new management, and within reaching out on Facebook messenger, I was met with a response seconds after by a real person! I called Superior to get a quote and Josh Henson came out to meet with me. As soon as I let Josh know that we are needing work done as soon as possible he made and confirmed a date that worked great for us. Fence hasn’t been installed yet, just met with Josh yesterday, but we are on the schedule for 4 days from now. Josh’s quote was almost spot on to what I was thinking it would be. Give Josh a call if you’re looking for honesty and good communication.
