Can y'all please get in touch with me. I've been trying for several weeks to get in touch about hardware that wasn't installed on my gate and the wind can blow it open. Also nuts on the bolts holding it to the frame were loose! I bought this fence last summer and the contractor doesn't work there anymore and the number on the sign attached to my fence doesn't work either. AND the number on the company's website doesn't work

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I could give less than 1 star. So this started back in 2023. They were supposed to come out to install a fence and solar gate. Both my husband and I were REALLY sick with Covid and I called to reschedule because neither one of us could literally get out of bed. The owner insisted that we keep the appointment and we could just come out for a minute and I could barely talk and you could hear it in my voice and I told him there was no way that neither my husband nor I could get out of bed. Justin and his crew have been extremely professional. Everytime I call he answers and they are so quick with their builds it's amazing I have had them do an acre of fence, a 24x24 covered front porch, a covered back porch they fixed my barn, my front door that was very messed up my back door, resealed a leaky window and he built me a 1/4 mile driveway thats amazing now. I cant think of any other builder I would trust for helping fix up my property. Thank you Justin for all the work you do.

first of all were in east Texas and since I found out that they are a franchise we got the pleasure of working with Thomas redd the owner witch we meet on last day of construction, he takes care of his crew and was a pleasure speaking with him, Ethan was are first point of contact and he was helpful in picking out what we needed since we have 6 dogs and needed to keep them safe he wrote up a few different options explaining each before we decided on a 8 ft tall cedar with steel posts and a double gate steel framed opening as... read more
