These guys are the worst! I have no idea where they learned to build a fence but they need to go back to school!
I used the Superior Fence and Rail of Akron (Akron Ohio) to replace a rotting fence in my backyard with a vinyl fence and the team of Wes & Thomas finished up in a day, It looks miles better then the wood fence we had previously
Called them on May 31st for gate and opener replacement. They asked for photos to be emailed, they were sent the same day. No contact from them so I called back on June 6th. I had to walk them through how to search for the photos I sent, they confirmed receipt of them and said it was sent to the manager. Still no contact from them, so I called again June 17th and they still couldn't give me an idea of when I might hear from someone.
