Our rep, Joey, was really great. He stayed on top of communicating every step of the way and always quickly responded to the questions I had. The portal to view the status of the job was always up to date and made it easy to check. There was a bit of a wait to get the fence done due to the number of jobs that were ahead of mine but Joey was very clear about that before I signed off on our contract.
