JOEY (MACON LOCATION) needs to be retrained on taking calls as well as customer service. Is he the best superior fence can do?? Pathetic. Clearly has anger issues because screaming at a young woman over the phone is simply inappropriate. He is clearly in the wrong position and has no real corporate training. Wow, Wow, Wow !!! I just had Superior Fence & Rail install a perimeter fence (with 3 Gates ) that enclosed my Pool. What a Truly Professional Organization. T.C., Skyler and Reece completed a fabulous Installation. And it all started with Harley doing an estimate and fully explained the entire process. I highly recommend this company and their professional employees to do any Fence work you may need! Oh, did I mention the Price was right also.
After meeting with multiple fencing companies, I knew from the moment I met Mr. Harley Smith that superior fencing would have my business. Not only was he polite. Very professional company and crew. We were happy with the process and the completed fence. Friendly and courteous. Excellent customer service. The crew went above and beyond expectations as they ran into an issue with a sprinkler head and had to move it. Would definitely recommend Superior Fence and Rail!!
