It took them over 2 weeks just to get an estimate to me. After I complained multiple times and it went from one guy to the next. A 14’ chain link gate- NOT a fence was quoted to me for $3,496.43 which is completely insane. I can get a 14’ gate for $309.99 from Northern Tool. Don’t waste your time on this company.
We were very pleased with their customer service, from the scheduling department to the warranty repair technician Anthony. Initially, our front gates were intentionally misaligned because our property has a slope. It looked a bit unusual at first, but they customized the design and ordered a replacement door to make everything look seamless.
