I recently installed my fence through Superior Fence GA, in our community couple of homes had installed through Superior Fence. By seeing that we decided to go with them. The fence was far better than other fences in community. But after couple of weeks there was problem with fence door. I sent a mail to fix the issue. No response from the but after couple of times they responded and said contractors were busy and despite many mails it took many months to sent contractor. My issues started after the fence was installed. Both of my gates had latch issues. One of them was fixed, the second after 3 attempts they told me that the gate was out of warranty even though it was a recurring issue. Finally I had to fix it myself. I had issues with every side of my fence being loose, where if you push and pull the entire side would rock back and forth. They came out and added more cement to the posts.
