I had a wooden fence installed. Initially there were some details that were not to my satisfaction which Steve Z had the installation crew correct the following day. He was very concerned that I’d be happy with the final result. After the crew made the corrections, I was very satisfied with the fence.

The fence looks great but I had an issue with one end was unstable and wobbly , I spoke to supervisor and sent him a video of the problem. He just blew me off and sent an addition quote for an another additional fence instead of offering to install a brace that would have solved the issue. If a company wants a good review and repeat business they should stand behind their work and rectify problems
