the sales end of this business and the work itself was awesome but I've had a few things needing fixed afterwards that are still under warranty and the number provided goes to the owner who is HORRIBLE at contacting me back. 1 piece of flashing took a month to fix and several months for a whirlybird vent to get fixed, if you can't answer calls or messages after a,job is done what's the point of a warranty at all?? poor customer service after a $28k job

Still dealing with this companies poor workmanship and unprofessionalism years later will not return calls or emails beware of this company! you will regret it! If they do get insurance to cover replacement. Cancel the solicitation contract within 3 days. You can choose a trusted contractor of your choice and save your selves headaches down the road you do not have to use them they are simply soliciting you

I was referred to Superior Exteriors through a friend of mine because my roof was getting old and I heard that they did a good job. Marshall and Shane were very professional and transparent, the process of choosing the shingle type and finalizing everything was very easy. I got my roof installed the next week and it turned out great.

I am nothing but pleased with my experience of working with Superior. Although my Sales rep, Marshall, was a young man, his knowledge of working with my insurance company was detailed and accurate, He gave me updates throughout my entire claim and helped me get approved for a new roof. The work only took 1 day (WOW) and when they were done, everything looked great and they made sure to clean up everything in my yard.
