This shop has worked on our Mini several times over the last 4 years. They don't have an easy job when it comes to telling people about the repairs that are needed. If you have a Mini or BMW you are already aware that you need a second job for your repair work. These guys are the best, they have helped me in a pinch a few times and if anything ever goes wrong they will take care of it. Cannot say enough good things about them.
Unfortunately they were not able to resolve my issue on my 2016 BMW (driver door lock would not unlock and other times would not close), however they went above and beyond to try and repair it. They were honest on their pricing, time, and even drove all the way across town to pick up my car and take it back to their shop to work on it. Customer service is huge for me and the fact they were honest from the first time I walked in, to the last time I walked out means a lot.
