These people don't have a clue about customer service. I went to drop off a vacuum cleaner and the "person in charge" was not in and nobody new where she was. They received the machine and took my information for her to call me. Nobody called in 2 days and nobody answered the phone for 2 days either. I finally got to talk to the "person in charge" and she was asking me what the problem with the cleaner was. That information was noted when I left the machine and she never called to ask me either. I have been using their repair services for most of 2019. They have a quick turn around, keep you informed of status of repairs, and correctly repair the equipment you bring them. They have repaired 7 scrubbers for me this year expertly. And to top it off they are fair in their repair pricing. I have taken machines to many different companies in my 25 years in the commercial cleaning business. By far they are the best in South Florida.
Warning... do not use the company for any repairs. They will not return your calls/emails once they have your equipment that you’ve already paid for the repairs. Worst company ever had to deal with. I hope no one will have to go through what I had to go through to get my equipment back. As soon as I threaten them with a attorney I get a email back quickly.
