Called them for a pumping and they said noon. 3pm and no truck. 5pm and no truck. They then farmed the work out to another company that wasn't free to pump until the next day. What little communication there was was curt.
Superior saved us $7500 that had been (mis) diagnosed by a Niceville company! We were told we needed a new lift station pump by the first company so we contacted Superior to compare pump prices. Superior came out & found it wasnt the pump that was the problem, it was just the float valve. Saved us a lot of money & was able to fit us in between calls & the holiday. Can’t thank them enough!!
