I had SES install 2 separate Generac's for me. One at my Mom's house and one at my own house. Chris, the "owner" and his crew had punched a hole in my soffet in the wrong spot. Chris promised me, he would fix the soffet and never did. That was over 2 years ago. Also, Chris has promised me that he would maintain both generators for 3 years. The first year, he did service the one at my house, but has not been back. Not very happy here considering I paid over $20,000.
