Highly recommend Superior. I have rented equipment from them multiple times and each time had incredible service. The rental team, specifically Patrick, have been extremely useful to ensure I received the rentals I’ve needed on time and without issue. In the Norwich store, team was helpful and friendly to exceed my expectations for equipment rental. Again, I highly recommend.
I called to rent a niche tool that Matthew got shipped in from another store for me at no additional cost. When plans changed and I had to cancel my rental, it took me about 20 seconds on the phone with Rick to get a 100% refund for my deposit, despite having it on hold for me for the weekend and the following day. Didn’t use their tools, but they clearly treat their customers right. They’ve earned my business.
Edit: Finally got through and they do service Ferris mowers as long as they are 2013+ was on the call for about 30 seconds. I called just to ask if they service Ferris mowers as they're listed on the Ferris website. I got put on hold for 10 minutes then dropped. Called back 3 times and as quick as he could get out the guy said hold then put me back on. Hopefully this gets a better response and will answer my simple question.
