I took a pair of pants for alteration and dry cleaning on Dec 4th. I was told it would be about a week. I went back around the 12th and was told they were still in progress. My wife and I had checked twice since then only to be told still in progress. Picked up the pants today and the ticket said ready for pickup on Dec 11th. Where were they all that time.
