Phil P came to my home during the worst snowstorm (so far) this year. He showed up promptly and was very professional, courteous and friendly. I was surprised at how quickly the repair was completed. I highly recommend Phil at Superior Drain for any emergency sewage backup and would definitely use the emergency service again if needed. I will be passing along his name and number to all friends and family members, should they ever need this type of emergency service.
Phil and Dennis were here promptly, in bad weather, fixed the issue and answered my question thoughtfully, will use Superior for any and all plumbing needs from now on!
Frank was our technician and was awesome. Very honest, timely, and explained everything very well. I will be using this company again for sure!
