Dave, the owner and operator, was professional, communication was clear, and the installation occurred as expected without any surprises. He provided clear instructions for operating the system and training, and offered some good pointers during a first walk-through/training. The whole experience was great, and the fact that Dave owns the place means that for every step and interaction, he cares about your outcome.
Great responsive service! Have a had a couple of line breaks due to utility work and they responded quickly to our repair needs.
David was very professional and attentive with the work and customer service he provided and still answered question beyond installing the system!!
Dave At Superior dog Fencing has been most helpful. We previously used Invisible fencing and we were having a problem with our dogs collar. I had Superior dog Fencing replace our dogs collar. Best thing about it is that the batteries rechargeable on the collar. He was able through both phone calls and texting to help me adjust the correction area for my dog, I would highly recommend them.
