Michael L. was EXCELLENT!! He helped us to reinstall and set up our invisible fence at our new house. He made the process of moving the equipment from our other house to our new location very easy. Michael was very patient and spend time answering all our questions. I would highly recommended him to anyone!
Professional, very communicative, friendly service. Smooth install, even had a quick training session! I understood everything before the tech left, and I have contact if I have any questions, issues, etc.
Had a great experience with Dave from superior dog fence He is flexible with scheduling, responsive to text/calls, and was even kind enough to FaceTime and troubleshoot a question I had after the fence was installed and everything was completed. Highly recommend, great customer service and a happy, safe dog. So I gave 5 stars, thank you Dave!

I had little to no knowledge about electric fences…until I called Dave. He walked me through every question and addressed all of my concerns. Dave is a GREAT resource and has helped ensure that my dogs stay safe, stay happy and STAY IN THE YARD!
