I am posting a very belated review - Michael & his crew built an awesome deck on the back of my row house almost 3 years ago. It is my favorite spot in the whole house. 3 yrs. ago my deck floor/railings had to be replaced. I was given 3 referrals. Superior Design Services was one of them. Michael came to my home assessed the job and gave me a quote. Since then SDS has done stucco work, painting, remodeled basement, power wash and restained the deck. The next project is the sun porch. The workers are conscientious and mannerly. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The finished work is top-notch.
I had a unique situation wherein some very large wood doors to a courtyard needed to be repaired or replaced. There were two doors, each about 6 feet wide and 7 feet tall. The doors had deteriorated some and had broken away from the stone walls to which they were attached and anchored. Finding someone who would tackle this job, versus doing their standard fence/gate solutions, was not straightforward. I did get competitive bids and I felt all were high.
