This company was so eager to get our business in March 2025. After "holding onto our check" they have been MIA since then, it's been 6 months and after 2-3 phone calls a week we still have not heard from them. We just called our insurance company and was informed the check has been cleared without us signing it.

Don’t waste your precious time and money. They stretched themselves way too thin and could not fulfill their promises. Their communication is the worst I’ve experienced. I dragged them along for about 10 months trying to get them to finish the job. I was the only one who would initiate communication unless they were trying to collect a check. Every invoice I received was over-billed and I had to fight on the phone to get each one corrected.
I recently purchased a property in Maryland while living in another state. Needing to have work done to this property prior to moving in, I contracted with Superior to do the work. Working with Pari Bagheri, who directed every step of the project, she communicated with me regularly to ensure that every aspect of the project was completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Superior and will use their services in the future.
