I recently purchased a property in Maryland while living in another state. Needing to have work done to this property prior to moving in, I contracted with Superior to do the work. Working with Pari Bagheri, who directed every step of the project, she communicated with me regularly to ensure that every aspect of the project was completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Superior and will use their services in the future.

⚠️ Homeowners Beware — Save Yourself the Headache (UPDATED AFTER OWNER RESPONSE) I hired Superior Design & Restoration in Feb 2025 with good intentions. Sadly, this has been one of the most frustrating contractor experiences I’ve ever had. Superior Design & Restoration installed the roof in my house was not professionally done. Shortly after the installation, we began noticing water stains on our ceiling and damage to our hardwood floors. We called the company again to inspect the roof but they kept telling us that the roof was fine and there was nothing for concern. A couple of months later we had heavy rain again around 9:30pm. This company says it for integrity, trust, generosity, honesty and commitment… after not finishing a job and then refusing to complete it after we had infestation of animals in our attic due to them not completing the shingles. We now have a bill for $9000 to remove insulation and replace because it is covered in feces. This has been a nightmare fighting them to fix leaks from their poor quality standards and their refusal to make it right. I could not give a bigger warning to hire anyone but superior.
