They never answer the phone and when someone does, there's no one that speaks English plus they hung up on me twice. Very bad service

I’m shocked how administrators there don’t have ability to communicate,but rather ignorantly always repeat saying “manager is not hear”. manager is never there of course. And they won’t forward the message to the manager.
