Highly recommend Superior Decks right from the initial contact with Shannon in the office to schedule the estimate, to John working up the estimate, as well as the hard working crew over 2 extremely hot days, the service was great! The end result was great and the crew cleaned up meticulously. 5 stars all the way and highly recommend to anyone looking to get a new deck or replacing an old damaged one.
We initially chose Superior Decks based on the excellent reviews. The testimonials from satisfied customers were accurate. From our first meeting with John we knew this company would live up to their reputation! Our old deck was removed and the new deck installed 2 weeks ahead of the original scheduled date. Very accommodating when it came to scheduling my deck build. The guys were friendly and efficient. Cleaned up sufficiently when they were done.
Phenomenal work, great price, great people. John came out for a quote as a normal working man not a salesman, couldn't ask for better. Quote was one day on a 12x20 deck(2 sets of stairs, vinyl railings, and self latching gate) and they did just that. Also work was completed a week earlier than proposed. Impressed both the entire neighborhood and I. Amazing workmanship, materials, and most of all true to their word. Would recommend to everyone.
