An absolute nightmare of a transaction from beginning to end. There are so many other furniture restoration companies to choose from. This place should close immediately. I asked for an estimate for 2 leather couch cushions. James asked for pictures and measurements. He quoted me a price. He quoted me over triple the original price once I bought the leather and brought them in. I was told turn around would be 3 weeks.
