I had a very frustrating experience with the business loan process at Superior Credit Union, specifically working with the loan officer Trish Amy. Communication was inconsistent from the start, but eventually it stopped altogether. After being told I was approved, I followed up with additional questions and received no response for over two weeks. worst experience ever i got approved for a loan and went in the branch to sign papers and these guy told the dealership they couldn't fund the deal last minute after signing papers and money showing as transfer to my account the "loan manger" wasn't being transparent and she was very rude and hung up on me THREE TIMES!!!! that was very unacceptable and i wouldn't recommend their business definitely getting reported to BBB & NCUA. Thanks for wasting my time and drive to the branch.

I have been with SCU for almost 5 years and have had no problems! The staff is always kind and helpful. They also do a great job catching fraudulent purchases & are always quick to call and make sure everything is in order. My only complaint is the mobile app. It is a little buggy and sometimes doesn’t let me log in/gives an error message. No biggie, I just use my laptop to view my accounts instead!
