I've had this bank for many years and I understand it's a small bank compared to the big name banks. I've had many small issues with them like making purchases and the balances not catching up for days later. Which has gotten better. Now I made a mobile deposit then ripped up the check. The check was for $40, but I failed to put my account number on the back of the check. Actually glad my car got totalled so I don't have to deal with this credit union anymore. Making payments is difficult, ACH payments that are set up can't be viewed or edited since they're set up on a separate website which is very questionable. I feel like you should have to be logged for security reasons to set up payments.
I have been dealing with this credit union probably thirty years. I have only positive things to say. The staff is always so helpful and polite and friendly!!! They have helped me in so many ways... and continue to do so!
Unprofessional, scamming bank. Do not do the superior choice loan, they will act as if the system is faulty and make it look as if you didn’t pay/paid late and will affect your credit. Selena from the Pottstown branch is rude, condescending, combative and apathetic. Be aware.
My aunt has been coming here for years. Gave her a ride to this credit union today and had my battery die on me. Ty didn't hesitate to come out and help me jump start my car. I don't know what I would have done without him. Turns out the credit union isn't the only thing that's superior, so is the staff!
