Years ago and just as he was ready to move to this location ( from West Dorothy Lane) Mark had a contract with me for kitchen countertops. I had several thousand dollars invested on my credit card for a down payment. So the layout and planning were done and of course a scheduled install date was set, right! I went into the store and Mark was very helpful and I asked him to come out to my house and measure for cabinets. He came out and measured and said he would have our layout drawn in a couple of days. Everything was fine and before he left we mentioned that we had been to Lowe's and we wanted to see how he compared. I called him several days later and left messages asking if he had finished our layout and got no response. I even had a door and some samples he let me use.
