Let’s be clear, Superior sets appointments up for the contractors that do the jobs, the contractors don’t really work there. The management team is unprofessional and unhelpful, especially Julio and Laura. I would NOT recommend using this company. The installers do a fabulous job but the company staff is not something I would recommend working with. They don’t care they just want you off the phone so that they can go back to playing on theirs.
I made things as easy as I could for them by having all furniture and floor items completely removed from the rims so they could focus on what they were here for .. carpet. They were professional, kind, and respectful. Cleaned up after very well and were finished much faster than I would've imagined. I have no issues with this company or it's hard working men. Superior Installations… as their name suggests, above it all, and then some. Extraordinary workmanship, exceptional kindness, clear communication, these words, color, a very bright picture for the men doing the work, Slavic and George ( Ivan ). We just had all of the floors in our home redone, with a luxury, vinyl plank material, popularized these days by reducing the length of time the client is out of their home. TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM EVER!! They don’t clean up, they did a shit floor install job and broke some of our furniture and have not completed the shitty job they did.
Defective Installation or Failure to Meet Industry Standards for the vinyl floor installed back in 2023. SuperiorCorp. used "putty" or wood filler as the primary adhesive or structural support for a transition cover, which is considered an improper and substandard practice. As the picture shows, a U-channel track was not screwed or glued to the floor (concrete) to allow the transition strip to snap in securely while still permitting the floor to expand and contract naturally.
