Avoid this company. Zero integrity. Sketchy business practices with Home Depot. I flew in from out of state specifically for this flooring installation & it turned into a complete disaster. My experience with Superior has been terrible. First they schedule my flooring service for two months out because their installer had “unforeseen life events”, I was kind enough to accommodate this as I understand. However, 2 months seemed excessive. Then this morning on the new installation day I receive a call from them cancelling again due to “unforeseen life events”. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone! Stay away from this company.
Let’s be clear, Superior sets appointments up for the contractors that do the jobs, the contractors don’t really work there. The management team is unprofessional and unhelpful, especially Julio and Laura. I would NOT recommend using this company. The installers do a fabulous job but the company staff is not something I would recommend working with. They don’t care they just want you off the phone so that they can go back to playing on theirs.
I made things as easy as I could for them by having all furniture and floor items completely removed from the rims so they could focus on what they were here for .. carpet. They were professional, kind, and respectful. Cleaned up after very well and were finished much faster than I would've imagined. I have no issues with this company or it's hard working men.
