Do not pull into the shipping and receiving area to check in. Park in the superior cooling parking area which is located across the street caddy corner to the address on your GPS. Plenty of room to park there. You may even be able to park there overnight but I'm not sure. Make sure you have your trailer license plate number and state when you walk back to the shipping office to check in. They will call you. Space is somewhat limited when docking.
