Borders on theft the way they take things. Very slow uncooperative.
This company subcontracted to do our windows after a tornado. They took our real wood and windows and replaced them with cheap windows and materials. Now the windows are coming apart from the house and the laminate on the sills are coming peeling up. Now they only guarantee materials for five years. I was referred to this company by none other than my own insurance company. Jason ******* Project Manager came out to my house in November 16'. I never received the quote I was promised. At the end of the day it is their loss, but the unprofessionalism should be known. The excuses for me not receiving the estimate over a span of 6 weeks were as followed: "I have been swamped with claims from a recent storm, I should be able your estimate to you with in the next couple days."
