They only got one star because zero is not an option. This is a crooked company, stay away, very very far away. I got a bill from them for $614.00 for a "comparison estimate", but I never asked them to come out and estimate anything, never hired them for anything, never even called them for anything. I just got a bill from them with no explanation. Apparently my insurance company sent them out to do an estimate for my insurance claim because of a fire (this is according to my home owners insurance), but they then sent me an ... read more
The invoice we received was incorrect and did not reconcile with the information from the insurance adjuster. We received a bill dated October 2nd, and 21 days later they are threatening a lien, even though we have indicated we are working with the adjuster to reconcile the amounts. This invoice is not even 30 days old and they are threatening a lien. Finally the workmanship from the subcontractors they used was mediocre at best.
My family and I have used this company many times, no problems, good work
