Appointment scheduled quickly and easily, good communication from technician, however, service was extremely overpriced. Charging over $100 just to drive to my house ( which was supposedly a discount, normally is over $200 )along with the $200 maintenance service is extremely unreasonable. Will not be using again for maintenance.
I have 2 mini splits that were serviced today. The service man arrived on time. He was very professional, yet friendly. He serviced both units, inspecting and cleaning. He wore plastic over shoes when in my home and left everything immaculate when he left. He also answered all my questions and made suggestions. I am very pleased.
