The superior CO-OP team did a great job installing a ducted HVAC system in my home this summer. The system works great and we have had 0 issues, lower energy bills are nicer too!
When my Mitsubishi mini split unit stopped cooling and heating, my local company, which installed the unit, couldn't figure out how to get it working again after three visits. One visit from Trevor from Superior got it up and running (and providing much needed heat). I can't recommend Trevor and Superior Co-Op HVAC highly enough. From the ease of scheduling an appointment to quality of work, 5 stars.
This is the second year we used Superior Co-op for our yearly maintenance of our mini-split heat pump. Scheduling was easy and not a long wait for service. The technician was able to come earlier in the day scheduled which worked well for us. He was friendly and all went well. We’ll use them again next year.
Here is an updated posting after they came again for a different problem: I have relied on SUPERIRO CO-OP for many, many years. Theu are my go-to folks for any HVAC related problems. They are professional and very reliable. Time and time again, they go beyond what you expect them to do. Most of all, they are trustworthy! I highly recommend them.
