Have a leak in upstairs bathroom ceiling. Your worker look and indicated it was not the ceiling unit. Call roofers to look at potential vent boot. There is no indication of any potential problem with the roof. Roofers are going to return after we run the ceiling units for a period of time. Leaks are always difficult to track down. I am not blaming anyone we will eventually find the source. Stay tuned.
What a great experience from start to finish. The work was done quickly and stayed true to the original quote. The workers were so friendly neat and worked around our busy household. The exterior units are quiet and fairly unobtrusive. Our house was warm in winter and cool this summer. Electric bill went down significantly from previous poor electrical units. I highly recommend this company and happy to give them all 5 stars.
